Earlier this year I got into collecting comics. Well, not exactly comics but hardcover books more commonly referred to as an omnibus. These are collected editions of comics which span anywhere from 20-50 issues of a comic series, some probably even larger. The plan here is to keep tabs on the books I read and I’ll give my own personal reviews and synopsis on them. You have to keep in mind when I started doing this I was what you could call a comic virgin. I started with the marvel unlimited app and read the Infinity Gauntlet, War and Crusade story lines. I know probably a bit cliche with all the hype around the recent Infinity War movie (which by the way was amazing). This lead me to check out my local comic shops and I ended up picking up the Uncanny X-Men Volume 1 omnibus. To date I’ve read the following:

• Uncanny X-Men Volume 1
• Uncanny X-Men Volume 2
• Uncanny X-Men Volume 3
• Amazing Spider-Man Volume 1
• Daredevil Volume 1
• Avengers Volume 1

I plan to write individual reviews for all of these at some point hopefully sooner rather than later while they are still in recent memory, this is really to help my own memory of what I thought of different books etc. but if somebody else enjoys reading it then what the heck! Why not share.
